I did not know you can be hospitalized and be diagnosed for Hyperventilation.
My dad immediately rushed me into the hospital once he heard me. He kept saying I'm so sorry! I should've been a better father for you.
So i was in the hospital bed and have been given antianxiety pills. The doctor wanted me to stay one night. I've been told that i should practice meditation, pursed lip breathing exercises, and do some yoga or tai chi. I finally slept and woke to see my dad with a really disappointed face.
"Young lady, to get our lives back in track I've decided to take a stable office job. And you miss Kaine, are going to go back to school." What!?
"But you're going to take it easy now."
